What we need...

Due to a period of sustained growth in our data business, we are looking to recruit a Data Account Executive to join our Data Sales team.

Reporting directly to the CRO, this is a new business sales role focused on identifying, qualifying, and converting B2B opportunities for TerraQuest’s proprietary planning and land data propositions. The role targets PropTech SMEs, PLCs, and enterprise clients across engineering, technology, and property sectors.

 

What you will be doing…

  • Generating new business pipeline by prospecting B2B clients for TerraQuest’s planning and land data products
  • Engaging with PropTech, engineering, and technology clients to understand data and integration requirements
  • Promoting and selling TerraQuest’s data propositions, including API, JSON, and data feed access
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to qualification, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Progressing contracts, commercial agreements, and data licensing terms through to signature
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build market presence
  • Proactively prospecting new business opportunities through targeted outreach, research, and campaigns

What we are looking for…

  • Proven B2B new business sales experience, ideally selling data, SaaS, or digital solutions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consultative selling skills
  • Commercial awareness with confidence in pricing, negotiation, and structuring deals
  • Proactive, driven, and target-focused mindset with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
