What we need...
We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and reporting demand generation campaigns across multiple digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, supporting with producing creative deliverables and manging approvals as needed. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer with a passion for driving business growth through compelling creative and effective digital strategies.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and the ability to stay updated on industry trends.Experience in copywriting with best practice in creating marketing assets is also a key requirement.
This role will report directly into our Product, Growth and Insights Lead, working closely with our Growth Marketing Specialist and wider Marketing and Design teams.
What you will be doing…
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to support business growth objectives, with a focus on attracting and converting new leads.
- Coordinate across paid media, SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media channels to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign efforts.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling copy and assets such as emails, social and blog posts, whitepapers and articles, webinar and event collateral, case studies, and landing pages.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics across all demand generation activities, providing actionable insights to improve
- Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Clarity and Hootsuite, Microsoft Dynamics) to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Audience Segmentation and Database Management
- Use CRM platform to build and send emails, segmenting audiences to ensure tailored messaging that resonates with specific customer personas and reporting on key performance metrics
- Collaboration and Project Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Design and Solutions to align demand generation efforts with overall company goals.
- Support in the project management of demand generation initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Applicants will have:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation or lead generation.
Skills
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email.
- Demonstrable creative experience producing assets across digital marketing channels, including both compelling copy and engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms including CRM and CMS systems, social media platforms and analytical tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using data analytics tools like Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to measure performance
- Excellent project management and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Confident stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the marketing team and wider business.
- Strong understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for measuring and optimising results.
- Creative thinker who is not afraid to test and experiment with new ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
