able to work from our Birmingham office 2 days per week/office to be attended
as often as business needs require.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Apprentice to join our growing
People Team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone looking to kick start
their career in HR while gaining tangible experience in Recruitment, HR
Administration and Compliance- all underpinned within a collaborative and
supportive team environment to enhance your professional knowledge and skills
each step of your career journey.

What you will be doing…
As our HR Apprentice, you will be at the heart of the employee experience, learning
how a current HR team operates, while building practical skills that set the
foundation for a successful career.
You will support and contribute with, but not limited to the following:
• HR administration, supporting our busy HR enquiries inbox, guiding HR queries,
maintaining accurate employee records and more
• The employee life cycle, including Onboarding and Offboarding
• Recruitment administration, including assisting with job advertisement,
interview scheduling, candidate communication, pre-onboarding checks and
more
• HR knowledge & awareness, developing and maintaining a full awareness of
employment law and HR knowledge, including GDPR
What we are looking for…
We are looking to welcome a candidate who is passionate, driven and enthusiastic
towards honing experience and skills within the HR profession. All candidates must
be able to legally work within the UK. Candidates must demonstrate strong GCSE’s (grade C or above) as well as A-Levels.
It is essential for candidates to host a strong willingness to learn and understand
the basic principles of HR, as well as being able to handle confidential information
for professionalism. You must also be a team player, demonstrate excellent
organisation skills, time management, work prioritisation and a genuine
enthusiasm towards your role and influence.
Desirable attributes include a candidate who offers relevant work experience,
ideally covering administrative or people related responsibilities.
