What we need...

Due to a period of sustained growth, we are looking to recruit an Senior Land Consultant to join our Business Development Team.

The Senior Land Consultant will be a key player in driving new business growth for TerraQuest's Site Identification Service. This service supports developers and investors in identifying prime land opportunities that align with their objectives. The role requires a strategic and proactive approach to business development, client engagement, and project delivery.

What you will be doing…

  • Managing inbound and outbound leads for Site ID and related land services
  • Engaging with developers, investors, and operators to understand land and site requirements
  • Promoting and selling TerraQuest’s Site ID propositions, including contract variations
  • Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to instruction
  • Progressing contracts, instructions, and fee variations through to signature
  • Attending industry events and networking sessions
  • Proactively prospecting new opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Working closely with internal land and planning teams

 What we are looking for…

  • Client-facing sales or business development experience in land, property, or planning
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial awareness and confidence discussing fees and contracts
  • Proactive, driven, and target-focused mindset
