What we need...
Due to a period of sustained growth, we are looking to recruit a Brand & Campaign Manager to join our Business Development (Marketing) Team.
What you will be doing…
Campaign oversight & execution
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for services such as land, targeting predominantly B2B audiences.
- Brand campaign for Planning Portal and TerraQuest to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, brand strategy, and OKRs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery across email, social media, paid, and content marketing channels.
- Manage Planning Portal local authority nurture campaign.
Brand & communications
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns and communications.
- Maintain up-to-date brand guidelines, providing clear direction to ensure all internal and external materials reflect our brand identity accurately.
- Collaborate with the wider brand team to create compelling marketing collateral, and client-facing materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, maintaining and updating core brand messaging across the website, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Create and maintain templates, sales-led branded decks, including welcome slides and client-facing presentations, ensuring alignment with TerraQuest and Planning Portal’s tone of voice and visual identity.
Email & digital marketing
- Own the end-to-end management of service email campaigns, including planning, content creation, reporting and scheduling.
- Oversee paid strategy to amplify campaign messages, drive engagement, and support lead generation.
- Social content delivery alongside the Marketing exec - creation, scheduling and reporting.
Website
- Manage brand blogs, website updates, and imagery, ensuring all content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimised for SEO to maximise reach and impact.
Line management & collaboration
- Manage and mentor marketing team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Provide clear direction, coaching and regular feedback to support the development and performance of your direct report.
- Oversee workload planning and quality of outputs, ensuring tasks are prioritised effectively and delivered to brand and strategic standards.
- Support professional growth, identifying training opportunities, setting development goals, and guiding progression within the team.
- Work closely with sales, product, content and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and integration.
Analytics, reporting & optimisation
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across channels, using data to optimise strategy and maximise ROI.
- Produce regular reports on key marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Use insights to inform ongoing campaign improvement and audience targeting.
Events & partnerships
- Brief into our content manager and events coordinator on event / thought leadership deliverables.
- Deliver on promotional outputs for thought leadership and events.
What we are looking for…
Essential
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, with demonstrable experience in B2B campaigns and multi-channel delivery.
- Experience overseeing creative content creation, briefing and managing junior marketers or agencies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, email, social, content, and events.
- Experience in brand management and ensuring consistent messaging across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small marketing team, providing clear direction and feedback.
- Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to guide strategy and decision-making.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools.
Desirable
- Experience in the land, property, or built environment sector.
- Understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies and audiences.
