What we need...

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for CRM management, sales and marketing data infrastructure, and ensuring a seamless connection between lead generation and sales conversion. As the solo dedicated RevOps person, you will have the opportunity to build scalable processes and, in time, grow the function into a larger team.

What you will be doing…

CRM & Data Management

Administer and optimise Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.

Build and maintain the data infrastructure required for sales and marketing analysis.

Automate and streamline CRM workflows to improve sales efficiency.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

Develop reporting and analytics to track marketing lead generation and sales performance.

Establish clear lead scoring, routing, and attribution models.

Ensure marketing campaigns and sales outreach strategies are data-driven and aligned to revenue goals.

Reporting & Insights

Create and manage Power BI dashboards for key sales and marketing KPIs.

Conduct regular pipeline analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Provide actionable insights to the CRO and leadership team to optimise revenue growth.

Operational Efficiency & Scaling

Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve sales velocity.

Evaluate and integrate new sales and marketing tools to enhance efficiency.

Lay the foundation for scaling the RevOps function as the business grows.

What we are looking for…

2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or equivalent CRM platforms).

Strong analytical skills with experience in Power BI, SQL, or Excel for reporting and dashboards.

Proven ability to align marketing and sales efforts to drive revenue growth.

Experience in process automation and workflow optimisation.

Understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead conversion, and revenue forecasting.
