Looking for an exciting and rewarding sales role within TerraQuest? Look no further than our internal FTS Administrator position!
As an FTS Administrator, you will have the opportunity to:
- Work with the Planning Portal Financial Transaction Service (FTS Team) helping to process over £1 million of funds each day collected on behalf of all the Local Planning Authorities (LPAs) in England.
- Work closely with LPAs to process refunds back to clients.
- Handle incoming calls from clients wishing to make payment.
- Occasional processing of cheques and delivering these to the bank.
- Deal with a wide variety of queries from clients and LPA’s both by email and phone.
- Receive ongoing training and development with a view to progressing onto the reconciliation process where we ensure all the funds received are accurately and speedily remitted to the appropriate LPA’s.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The applicant needs to be based in the West Midlands.
