Location: Birmingham with the option for remote working 2 days per week

What we need...

We need a Project Coordinator to join our busy projects team. You will be based in Birmingham working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote;y

 

What you will be doing.....

  • Provide effective project support to the wider team.
  • Maintaining and monitoring of Project Plans, RAID and Change logs.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for meetings.
  • Document and follow up important actions and make notes.
  • Set up and facilitate meetings.
  • Manage and report on project risks.
  • Coordinate the storage and flow of all documents in line with standard guidelines, policies and procedures as well as maintain filed folders to keep projects moving.
  • Provide administrative support as needed

What we are looking for....

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven experience working as a project’s coordinator or similar ideally in a IT based business. You will have excellent administration skills and able to communicate at different levels. Candidates with a Project Management qualification are desirable
