What we need...
We need a Project Coordinator to join our busy projects team. You will be based in Birmingham working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote;y
What you will be doing.....
- Provide effective project support to the wider team.
- Maintaining and monitoring of Project Plans, RAID and Change logs.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings.
- Document and follow up important actions and make notes.
- Set up and facilitate meetings.
- Manage and report on project risks.
- Coordinate the storage and flow of all documents in line with standard guidelines, policies and procedures as well as maintain filed folders to keep projects moving.
- Provide administrative support as needed
What we are looking for....
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven experience working as a project’s coordinator or similar ideally in a IT based business. You will have excellent administration skills and able to communicate at different levels. Candidates with a Project Management qualification are desirable
