What we need...
We need a confident trainer to help support the business with ongoing training requirements. You will be based out of our Belfast office and help train both internal and external staff
What you will be doing.....
- Participate in training programs to address skill gaps in the client project team.
- Prepare/modify learning materials for the project.
- Help support the training lead.
- Develop documentation/videos for the client.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
What we are looking for....
The ideal candidate will need to have a proven experience in a similar position with excellent communications skills. You will be able to confidently deliver training material to a range of experience levels and be able to identify gaps in skill levels. Candidates with a technical background are desirable.
