Business Development Manager

Location: Birmingham with the option for remote working 2 days per week

Salary c£45k (Up to £90K OTE)

What we need...

Our products sell themselves but sometimes we need a little help, that's why we are looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for selling TerraQuest’s technology solutions and help to drive business growth.

 

What you will be doing.....

  • Identify and follow up with key decision makers on product requirements and develop strong relationships to influence decisions
  • Identify opportunities with various medium and large enterprises, meet and exceed revenue targets, plan for new wins and contribute to our growth strategy.
  • Gain market intelligence to compare and identify key differences and/or value engineer more price effective solutions
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them
  • Working closely with the digital marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and follow through with prospects to secure new business
  • Working closely with the marketing team to deliver webinars and exhibitions, and follow through with prospects to secure new business
  • Identify and develop new business through networking, attending industry events and follow-up with courtesy calls
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of TerraQuest solutions to new and existing customers

 

What we are looking for....

The ideal candidate will need to have a proven high achieving sales background and verifiable record of achievement in technology solutions or IT/software technical sales, with a new business mentality and a hunger to exceed targets. You will also need to have excellent relationship building skills required to maintain and develop existing accounts.

In return you will receive a basic salary c£45k, plus OTE of up to £90K and a generous benefits package. Please apply for more information
